The legion offers FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL SERVICE to all War time Veterans, retired military members, still serving members, RCMP members and their families, survivors and dependents regardless of rank, amount of time served or type of service when assisting clients process benefits Veterans Affairs Canada at every level.

The Legion offers FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL ADVICE on processing claims to Veterans Affairs Canada Benefits, at every level, to anyone who has served in the military during War Time, Regular Forces, Peace Time Operations and Reserves.

You do not need to be a member of any Legion to obtain our FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES.  You may contact your nearest local Legion Branch for assistance or contact the Provincial Command Service Officer at 1-866-320-8387 Ext. # 2.

When you start a claim with The Royal Canadian legion we will send you the required paperwork for completion and advise what else may be required.  If you do not live in the area where there is an active Branch Service Officer you may contact the New Brunswick Command Service Officer for assistance. The forms are also available on line, just click on the links at the bottom of this page.

 

The Command Service Officer will register your claim with Veterans Affairs Canada, request and review your service records, prepare and submit your completed claim directly to Veterans Affairs Canada in Charlottetown for a ruling.  ALL FREE

If you receive a favorable decision we will advise further benefits you may be entitled to.  If you received a negative decision we will explain why and advise what may be required to be successful at an appeal.  We will register and process your appeal though the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, AT NO COST TO THE CLIENT.

We will do the work and you keep 100 percent of the benefit you received from a positive Veterans Affairs or Veterans Review and Appeal Board decision.  No Down payment required, no fee for service required and no percentage paid.
